Wiser for the time

On a good day
I know its not every day
We can part the seas

On a bad day
I know its not every day
Glory just beyond our reach

Thanks for watching everyone:) -ryan

A very special day...

My nephew Griffin's first organized baseball league game! How many pitches have you thrown and shagged for Grif' to prepare for this day Grady??????;) There is so much more fun and competition to come for Griffin in the future. Lets not put any pressure but.. your Dad and Uncle played some good first base and played on some great teams, I hope that Griffin has the same type of teammates, support (Mom&Dad), coaches and love for the game that we had. Baseball was more than just a sport as I think Grady would agree (I remember him constantly throwing and fielding a tennis ball off a shed in our first house on Franklin Street) when we grew up and I hope Griffin finds that passion whatever the endeavour. I know Grif' will have the competitive spirit and learn the lessons that can only be learned through competition (both wins and loses) thanks to his Dad's efforts in the back yard tossing pitch after pitch after pitch after pitch after pitch after pitch....:) Great job Grady!!!!!

Put me in Coach!

Maxx wants to play with the huskies!

So we're watching the movie "Eight Below" about dogs left in Antarctica (great movie...based on a true story). Maxx and Bella were enthralled by the constant dog scenes...

Ode to Muffin Top!

In case you don't recognize this, it is the propane fire pit on our deck. Mother Nature decided to create a funny little sculpture!
(For those of you who do not know what "muffin top" is, it is an expression towards those ladies who are adement about wearing jeans too tight. "Muffin top" refers to the fat roll that hangs over the waist of the jeans...

We still Love the snow!

So the 2-3 feet of snow resting on the roof finally gave way last night. Thank goodness I had metal shovels to chop through the "cement!" Wouldn't ya know it all HAD to fall on the deck and stairs!!!

New Doo!

So many of you may not see me when I come home for a short stint but here's some shock value for you:

"I think this place is restricted Wang so don't tell them you're Jewish OK? Fine."

In my opinion, the funniest 55 seconds in any movie, ever...

Oh, it looks good on you though...

Give Rottweiler's a break! No more breed restrictions!

They are the most loyal and sensitive dog breed I have ever had experience with. Here's what usually happens when Jenn and I leave the house and Maxx and Bella are left alone. This is how much they hate to be separated from their owners...

Greeting Mommy after working 2PM to 2AM...
